Check In with Your Brooklyn Travel Agency and Obtain Your Travel Visa!
Depending on what vacation you book through your local Brooklyn travel agency, you may need a visa in order to begin your big adventure abroad. Although we can’t physically provide a visa for you, we can still give you a few tips on getting your visa ready for your next trip.
- Apply Early: You may want to start the application process early when looking to obtain a visa. Most applications will take up to a month until they are finally processed and approved for travel. The earlier you apply for a visa, the more likely you will have it in time for your adventure!
- Get All of Your Forms Together: This is arguably the most difficult part of the entire visa application process. When applying for a visa, you will need to go through both the U.S. Embassy and the embassy of the country you will be traveling to. All embassies follow strict guidelines when approving visas, with some going as far as scanning your fingerprints for physical verification. You will likely need to provide written letters and documents of identity, current address, and reason for travel.
- Which Visa Do You Need?: This is another tricky question. There are several different visas available, including tourist visas, work visas, business visas, and much more. Before you even start applying, check in with your Brooklyn travel agency to determine which visa you will need.
