Stuff You Don’t Need When You Buy Flights to Israel

europe airlineIf you’re traveling on a Europe airline or on flights to Israel, especially for an extended period of time, it’s important to pack light. You only need three pairs of underwear, for example, the ones you’re wearing, the ones you’re drying and an extra. Here are some other things to leave at home: soap (easily gotten anywhere), jeans (they’re hard to wash and dry, and they’re heavy), towels (you could just as easily dry off with a t-shirt) or a jacket (if you’re going somewhere cold, buy it then).

Don’t worry about the other stuff. It may be better to buy it there when you’re in need. And not only might it be more fun to go to the local stores, it also puts you in touch with the locals. Practice your language skills and pick up tips about food, culture and everything else you may need at probably cheaper prices than you can get it at home.

If staying in hostels, always be polite, welcome newbies, tuck the shower curtain into the ledge, learn the rules to any game you’re playing beforehand, don’t use plastic bags, and pack your things the night before. And book a flight on a Europe airline way in advance or last minute to save extra cash!
